Part #/Dimensions of om648 fuel rail banjo bolt washers?

Just replaced the fuel rail on my om648 and note that I have a very slight leak of fuel coming from the Tee (fuel return from pressure relief valve and injector returns). I reused the original washers and it appears that I'll need to replace these. I did toque to spec (30Nm) and am hesitant to try putting on any extra twist: it's a bit of a pain to get on this bolt- have to use a crows-foot on my torque wrench and I am barely able to navigate).

Guessing that these parts would be the same...
